Honestly this build is not attended for a roam build just a build to not get the kill but to sustain enough damage then get out of dodge or to distract them enough for respawns or when you team is attacking kraken. Due to the low armour u have you can't fight for to long. You have to be precise this your attatcks(bascally you have to guerrilla warfare) and in team fights don't show your self to soon cuz you will just get gain up on. Honestly this is (to me)the best build for saw when going CP but I'm curious why would u you max out the first and third ablilties instead ablility one and two? I use CP saw too
