Had the same issue several times a few days ago with Ringo. And with my iPad screen I'm a cleaning freak (as with my hands of course) so dirty is not the case. Propably there was a bug. Now it looks ok.

There is a lot of complains about players deserting a match and the damage this causes to their teamates. But maybe we should see this from the other side. Instead of jush punishing the player that deserted why not also give an ingame bonus to his teamates? Just though of it so I have no serius proposal to make. For example why not give a gold bonus so we can built up faster and compete better on a 2 VS 3 battle coming up. The amount of gold could be determined based on the time played...

This happened to me now. I was at level 17 and gold. Now after my last game I went up to level 18 but down to bronze. Last game my team won with good team work so I can't beleive I was downvoted. I figured it out that the level upgrade caused this change as I'm new at level 18. Do I have a point here?
