I'm going to echo FederalMafia - buy a support hero as you don't have one yet. Plus they can be pretty cheap. And, seriously, learn to play support well, you could win the game for your team with what look like terrible stats. I recently won a game as Catherine with 1 kill, 5 deaths, 23 assists and only 6 minion deaths. BUT I could tank my team for so long that I ended up last man standing and nailed their vain Too many teams in the pub queue are lost by bad support players

I find Taka highly player dependant, to many payers take him and go looking for ganks and a good carry can chew him up if he's not played well. Equally though, your team can be crippled if the support isn't taking flares/contraption to nullify his cloak, or your carry spends his whole time shooting the enemy tank - way too many of *those* games recently :(

I'm on the EU servers and e've had some serious lag/response issues this month. I email support at SEMC every time and they tend to confirm pretty quickly if its a server issue. speedtest.net helps to confirm its not my connection too

I personally never build warhorn. Contraption and sfiversteel are my prefs with fountain/crucible in there, but def contraption first to keep an eye not the enemy. The only exception to that is if I'm paired with Krul + Saw and they are getting raped by faster characters, then its an escape tool

IDK it seems to come in waves. A couple of weeks ago I had a 5 game loss streak, all ranked, all caused by quitters. Then I have almost a week with no quitters at all. I'm beginning to wonder if some of it is related to server lag or responsiveness, as chains of quitters seem to be accompanied by bad ping. FWIW I'm on the EU servers and we've seen some really bad days the last month or so.

I recently had a game where I was experiencing between 800 and 4000 ms network lag. However, checking speedtest.net showed that my network connection was fine. Judging by the way we were sharing unhappy pings, my team had the same issue. But here's the thing, we can't quit because that's a karma ping and a loss on our ranking. I feel your pain, I had 5 losses in a row the other night due to AFKers, 3 were ranked games. What about people who just had a game crash or internet problems? They didn't quit, they just lost connection. Tbh I've been seeing worse server connections over the last two weeks generally. I'm wondering if the VG servers are having load problems. I'd suggest applying timeout penalties after you've quit more than once in a row. Penalties like those should only apply to ranked games tho
