They are created for such purposes to minimize the toxic behavior and keep to a minimum.....The problem is even in a guild however it is contained and you can keep track of who your compatible with playing with. It is hard being a guild leader at that and even more difficult when people doesnt follow the rules of the guild. Try it and join a guild....ZShop around until you can be in your comfort zone and share similar ideas

I appreciate the replies and wanted to add that the Recruiting will continue however the minimum tier acceptable will be Tier 5 Silver. We have alot of member so far but again We are moving towards a competitive environment and we need active players. If you are not active then do no respond because with the release of 1.10 on the horizon it is important that this guild continue to push forward towards maximizing the rewards at the end of season. But even with that being said as far as locking into the particular role to show the role being played is more or less an excuse. Remember we built habits that revolve around the game itself with the roles being fixed on the heroes. Who is to say that Ringo can only lane or glaive can only jungle? Thinking outside the box is a challenge for some and thinking outside your comfort zone to adapt to your team especially when playing with randoms is a bother because again we are stuck in habits....

@aicfan71189 Two things you can do To resolve. 1. Delete VG and all files associated with VG and re download. Log into account and check status to see if problem was resolved. 2. If deletion and re download of VG was unsuccessful then please send an email to SEMC with the attachment pic and go from there. I dont believe your the first who has seen this unusual display. Interesting question.... When paired up with randoms during solo missions like ranked then the risks are there. To be honest an average player will understand how to build but no know what to build in regards to synergize properly with the hero and also work for the team as a whole. The only communication with randoms are tactical pings and who now listen to those if their knowledge of VG isnt extensive. It looks like ringo was looking out for himself based on the build.
