8-10 seconds is fairly fast compared to other heros, During that time, I farm and take out some monsters/minions for some gold. When fighting and your Kaiten and X-Restu are on cool down for a few seconds, I use Kaku to either circle around my opponet(s) or hide in a bush for a bit and spring back in for the kill. The time for me to reach level 6 is about 6-8 minutes into the match. I hope I answered everything you needed to be answered, and I will be working on another build soon.
