The matchmaking system has been updated since the last update. This update will give a way better matchmaking system in the future, but for now it needs some time to adapt. During this time, players might be matched with players who haven't the same skill levels, but this problem will be erased with time

As Fenelia just said, the developpers keep telling they have plans on new ways to spend our ICE and Glory, they simply won't talk about it to keep the hype around it. Telling us about it too early would not be good, they'll tell us when they are sure that it will happen. And it will happen, "soon" as they keep saying :)

Well, the ping buttons became harder to smash because the developpers made them so. They created a "cooldown" for every ping in order to prevent players from spammming "Avoid" pings or any other pings. You can still ping a bit, but just enough to give directions, you won't be able to spam them anymore, that's why they became harder to hit.
