I love support Glaive, and have just won three straight matches with him. This build is a very good one, although one thing I would change is to prioritise Clockwork before Crucible. I find that right after getting Clockwork, support Glaive will almost never have to return to fountain anymore. Crucible is situational for teamfights, and can only be used about once per fight on average, whereas Clockwork is a lot more useful, and it constantly helps that you have Afterburn on only 8 seconds...
