COOLDOWN ACCELERATION is not COOLDOWN REDUCTION. VainGlory uses COOLDOWN ACCELERATION. I'm posting this because of the amount of confusion this seems to cause and the lack of documentation regarding this mechanic, so don't feel bad if this has caused you some head scratching. COOLDOWNS in Vainglory are BASE COOLDOWN/1 + % amount COOLDOWN ACCELERATION. The Base Cooldown is Divided by 1 + % amount cooldown acceleration.
