Joule's Thunder Strike is unique in that, like Krul's Dead Man's Rush, it has both weapon power and crystal power scaling. Do both the crystal scaled portion and the weapon scaled portion of Joule's Thunder Strike deal crystal damage? Or is the weapon scaled portion treated as weapon damage, similar to how Vox's basic attacks deal a weapon damage component scaled off his weapon power and a separate crystal damage component scaled off his crystal power?
