I've been getting some connection weirdness too. It may have been in the place I was in, but running my speedtest had the upload/ download speeds pretty rock solid.

I've had some decent luck with teammates on how IG works. But I did have one game where a Fortress had IG and I followed him around. He really didn't fall back when it was time for me to take last hit, and took half those hits. After a few minutes he just stood there waiting for me to make the first hit. I ended up separating and going my own way. We ended up winning and Fortress dominated with 10/0. Thought I missed something on how IG works.

I'd like to know this too since Petal is my go-to laner. IIRC, the past updates nerfed his munions and his attack speed. Lately can't seem to get him ramped up in games.

For me, if no one picks laner, I go Petal. If they pick Koshka or Taka, I usually go Ardan and tank for them while they go pure damage. If they pick Catherine or Ardan, I go Koshka... same reason as above. Anyone else, it's a toss up. Maybe Glaive if we have no team stuns.

I just tried your build out and worked pretty good; thanks! Had to retrain myself to go more offensive early rather than spread out on defense.

Just wondering how the Glaive users are doing their build. After the update with strengthening the minions, I'm having a tough time getting started. Glaive is slow, so normally I start the swift shooter, but I'm still losing HP too quick. I tried rushing toward stormguard for minion clearing, but hurts with team fights. I tried going the book of eulogy route which kinda worked well last fight, but I'm still painfully slow. Also IronGuard removing the perk of gold after 5 minion hits also...

That is correct. So in your Cathrine x Joule example, your teammate Catherine killed the enemy Joule. The game was just alerting everyone as to who just got killed and by whom. Yeah, the commands get iffy at times. Some games I had teammates pinging caution, which to me meant stay away since it might be an ambush. Too late did I realize they wanted us to engage the enemy there. I wish they'd bring back the red 'avoid' ping.

If you're on a losing streak and drop a few skill tiers, use the opportunity to learn a new character. The slightly easier setting helps getting adjusted; that's how I learned my Ardan.
