I personally think that Alpha is Countered by early game laners and heroes that are super bursty(Celeste, Kestrel, Skaarf, basically mages with the exception of Kestrel). Technically, Petal wasn't all that buffed. If we remember the times when Petal's range was 7! And her leach range was 10.5! And now it is only 5.8 and 7.5 respectively. Honestly, This hero would be OP. His A is like 2 abilities instead of one, another stealth hero in the meta, and his ult is fine I guess. The hero idea is very good, along with lore, but maybe be more specific about how long his stealth will be and how much damage is his ult. You may also want to the weapon or Crystal ratio to the ult and stealth times(even though it is meant to be WP assasin, CP should still do something to any of his abilities). I reread this guide and realized that Stormcrown/Stormguard Banner would be a great item for CP Gwen. It helps farming alot and the less Cooldown speed in Stormcrown would mean that she can spam her A and kill enemies quickly and with 'not useless anymore basic attacks' with stormcrown would help her kill her fleeing enemies how didn't die with your A.
