I know sometimes is dificult to make all heroes balanced but cmon now skarf is incredibly buffed he can kill all heroes in 1v1 in the early game if u dont believe me just try it, and in mid and late u can kill almost everything except krul taka if they are good players so yeah i know how to play with him and make 15/3/11 or 21/4/16 so i really know that hero is just a super buffed one in this 1.4 Sorry for my english i am latin player I believe 10% of the life burning is too much and...

I know maybe ur thinking hey but i can got kills and everything but think for a bit what u can do, lets say if is a glave petal saw catherine and almost every other characte in lane and u wan to hit him and he have some minions in front first skil become useless, maybe u will say its the only first skil ok second skil its kind of useless too cuz its a very small area and it can be avoid very easy and the hit its not so hard the only skill that is kind of usefull is his ult but why kind ? C'mon im done joule is extremely op wtf u cant do anything if u are versing her in mid and late game it sucks and that mind if u dont have one in ur team too u lose for sure. We was playin a game we were 3 and they were 1 joule and a petal and we can kill petal sometimes we die trying to kill her but if joule come to the fight all 3 dies only we coul kill her twice cuz she was tanking the kraken wtf thats not fair at all im pretty dissapointed.
