I think, Clockwork makes more sence as a core item instead of Sorrowblade. SB adds 150 damage to basic attack and 263 to Thunderstrike (with pierce 20%) Clockwork lets you cast TS 50% more often, what equals to +260 in terms of dps (with pierce 30% and up to 30% boost from BM). Also it decreases cooldown on BRB and RL - actually CP Joule's main powers, and provides an energy to spam the abilities.

Good point! I had tried your method and got some very interesting results (see below). While XP is somehow connected to gold in jungles, it is not the common rule. Important remark. Due to fact there are no any official unit for XP, I suggest to assume 1 XP = 1 second. What means, every time you get 1 XP, you speed up your levelling by 1 second. Jungle Amount of XP from jungle creeps killing almost equal to the amount of gold they provide. Like a gold reward, it bigger for older...

The subject I interested now is the experience gains due different game events: - to kill minion - to be nearby while somebody kills minion - to kill enemy hero - to assist killing enemy hero - to be nearby while somebody kills enemy hero But still have no idea how to measure it :-(
