You guys aren't using Skaarfs Ult right. Build Dragon Eye stacks first. Then when you poked and built over at least 5 Dragon Eye Stacks, you use your Ult to melt. You Ult can also slow enemies down when it is channeling.

When you play as Captain, please buy Scout Traps. Especially against invisible Heros like Taka. Vision is important :)

If you want to counter Adagios heal, then buy poision shive to apply mortal wounds(reduce heal and lifesteal by 33%), that and you can outdraft the enemy team. I would love to see a Hero with abilities that can chain combos together similiar to a fighting game. For example, in a fighting game you can combine your kick and punch buttons together to generate new forms of attacks(such as a grappling move for example). Lets say this new Heros A ability is a Punch with 2 charges, his B is a generic Kick and Ultimate has low cooldown so one can chain combos together more often similiar to how lance has low Ult cooldown. So basically their would be lots...

I wouldn't mind more pings. A Clock Ping like you mention to indicate to your teamates what actives or abilities are on cooldown is a nice idea. Either more pings or they can implement cooldowns on the scoreboard. So for example, if you open the score board it can show what items are on cooldown so your team mates can decide if it's best to wait for your Captains items to be off cooldown before initiating a fight. I've seen some fights decided by a single Fountain.

The more health items Lyra builds, the stronger her heals :) So build items that grant you high HP if you want stronger heals.

I've seen some high tier streams still ban her at times but not as much as before. From what I've observed she seems viable but I'm only tier 4 so take what I say with a grain of salt. Lyra Captains can babysit the lane and harass the enemy Carry with her Auto attacks which can be very oppressive early game.
