For questions 1 and 4, you can build heroes any way you want as long as you know how to play that build (cp or wp). Vox's abilities have NO crystal or weapon scaling, his items do not affect his abilities. For question 2, now minion mines are worth 200 gold any point of time in the game, regardless of whether they are neutral or belong to the enemy team. You can take mines any time that is beneficial to the laner if he is getting pushed too hard or dont take if your laner is overextended....

For cp Joule as jungler u have to play a roamer that can help Joule line up her Ultimates and B's, such as Phinn and Catherine, who can pull and keep the enemies in range (Phinn) and silence the enemies so they cant stun Joule during her Ult (Catherine)

I believe its just the game fucking up. You shld email SEMC support @ [email protected] and tell them to return you ur rank and explain to them the situation thoroughly like how you did here.

Go to the account section to look at ur stats and for mages, you shld try all of them out and see which fits you best. And for tips, you should learn how to stutter-step.

May i know what the hell you mean by EA server? SEA or EU?
