Just a suggestion for your build, maybe switch Tension Bow for Sorrowblade? I think it synergies well with hybrid Kestrel because you can use active camo to reset Tension Bow perk.

Starting with a weapon blade? That sounds like a stretch. If you haven't noticed yet Kestrel has the least base defense stat of all heroes. Even celeste and Skaarf have more hp than her.

I don't think Skye is a lv10 threat for Kestrel. Kestrel's basic attack and ability outranges Skye.

I disagree with your point about active camo on WP Kestrel. I like to think about it like Vayne in LoL. You can use active camo to reposition easily. As long as you are careful about your energy and position, you can disable a lot of point-click abilities like Deadman's Rush and Kaiten even with just 1.2 seconds. It is also a kiting tool, allowing Kesterel to keep her distance with let's say a Glaive who Afterburns to try to catch up to her.

About afterburn...don't use it in early game unless you can knock opponent in to your turret or you really need to escape. Tapping multiple times while moving and attacking is called stutter-step, it helps you leash neutral monsters and kite enemies. As I have always said over and over again, what makes koshka special is her absurd ability range and cooldown. For your WP build to work, you need a frostburn. Yes, i know frostburn got nerfed, but it can still let you stick to your target. This is especially important if you are against heroes like SAW who could literally stutter-step you to death
