Also, because of this decompression, you will eventually get back up to your visual skill tier before you start dropping, unless you rapidly start losing a LOT of games simultaneously. Man, you just need to play more to get better with him. I was just going against a team who had a CP Reim. His fortified health perk is just unreal. Didn't help I had an idiot Saw on my team and a Cath that thought she could 1v1 him. He can be an unreal threat. You just have to know how to play with him. Guilds and teams can recruit people immediately. There's no restriction to inviting someone to a guild or team. To answer the next question, you won't know if a guild is great. You can see a guilds level but that shows nothing of relevance, just that they play together as a team often. You should focus your concentration more so on if you mesh well with the other. I don't think you should pay much attention to the visual skill tier so much. I've been solo ranking since the update more. Grinding out wins with crap teams as well as some good teams. I'll add people who I think are good. If I'm at Not Bad tier right now and I add someone and see they're in Just Beginning and they were on my team, it's all jacked up. Trust me man. There is nothing wrong with maining as a support. It's a great role that is in huge need of people who know how to play it right.
