Yes, Joule is pretty annoying. However, you can dodge her Thunderstrikes with your long range. Yes, depending on what my team and the enemy builds, I go CP or WP. Nice guide! Thanks for your comment on my guide. I would consider an Eve of Harvest instead of the Clockwork, for some insane sustain. Her abilities have such a short cool down anyway, you don't need Clockwork. On the other hand, if you decide to max the Core Collaspe, clockwork is very helpful. Also, Broken Myth should be done slightly earlier, as it is just OP on Celeste right now. It should be done before the second Shatterglass, as by this (click link) article, Broken Myth is stronger...

A silence from Catherine can prevent this long enough for you to get damage off. A perfectly timed Reflex Block could work. Otherwise, get in there, assassinate, get out, and then come back in a few seconds.
