Rona attack damage bug?

Rona attack seemed to be decreased tremendously, despite the 70%...

I got Rona with level 12, weapon damage about 350 attacking 112 normal damage on jungle creep..

Please do help, I'm a big fan of Rona and this is pushing me into the fray:(
