I keep getting kids who don't know what to do and don't leastin to go avoid Icons they work as a team and lost a game 2v3. I want to leave because my teammates rub around feeding while I try to carry them it's not possible with these kids who don't know what teamwork is. Need ranking system to keep good with good and bad with bad otherwise it's no fun playing. Should be able to chat in game too tell them what they are doing wrong so they can fix it and not keep repeating.

While there are no leaderboards, there is the skill tier system. It's on your profile page, and it's based on an Elo rating system. So get some wins under your belt and you'll get to play with other equally skilled players :)

If you want to try and find a team you can post in the forums here or try out @lfgVainGlory on twitter. Having some friends helps in climbing the tiers.

But for mroe in-game communication, the devs are trying to avoid having a toxic community by omitting voice or too much text chat. While you and I might try to guide players to victory in a friendly manner, there are those that wouldn't.
