There is a lot of complains about players deserting a match and the damage this causes to their teamates. But maybe we should see this from the other side. Instead of jush punishing the player that deserted why not also give an ingame bonus to his teamates? Just though of it so I have no serius proposal to make.

For example why not give a gold bonus so we can built up faster and compete better on a 2 VS 3 battle coming up. The amount of gold could be determined based on the time played already. Till now the only reasonable move is pressing the surrender button and move on to the next game. Isn't it better to find a way to keep the game going?
