Geting disconected alot

Idk why but latly i getting disconected alot started yersteday.even in midle of the match geding kicked out and stuck in loading screen for whole 1-2min.using galaxy s6 and home internet.worked fine and now thx to disconect i even getting bunned from 1-25min.any advise or help?
