After one of the player didn't chose his char before the game starts, we have been stuck in the choosing character page for at least 30mins. Tried restarting iPad, reinstalling the game and yet when we start the game we are back to the same page.

Yeah, ive experience this as well. I cant tap the button to lock in my hero for the match. And this had led my cooldown time to increase, which just sucks :/
