Character Selection glitch

In the 1.5 update, if a teammate fails to select a character, all teammates get erroneously penalized instead of just the person that dodged the match. This happened to me twice in an hour and I was locked out of the queue for ten mins. Anyone else experienced this? Please fix ASAP!

Also, when the other team fails to materialize at character selection, I'm not being returned to the front of the queue as promised. My queue gets cancelled and I'm forced to restart from the back of the line. Less of a priority to fix than the above, but still annoying.
