Need help to get back to The Hotness: South East Asia

Hey guys, I really need some help getting back up to The Hotness. Lately I have dropped all the way down to Decentish, as a result of people abandoning and generally not knowing how to play competitively. My IGN is SuckmyD (lol), I have 347 wins and in South East Asia. My main heroes are Krul, Joule and Ardan. But I can also play Koshka, Catherine and Celeste at a reasonable level. Please help!!
