Hello all, we are the new guild Odin's Army and we are looking for new members! Our leader Pagarok explained the guild very well so I am just going to copy and paste what he said on band as an introduction/ explaination of the guild.


[THE WARRIOR'S CODE]
All prospective members are required to read this. Current members are also encouraged to refer to this.

This will be a comprehensive explanation of the rules and expectations for ALL members of #odinsarmy

PREREQUISITES OF APPLYING:
• Must be SA(Tier 8)+ for your application to be considered.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• If given 2 weeks of advanced notice, applicant must be able to make time for team practices and other scheduled events.

MISSION STATEMENT:
Odin's Army was created to forge a new age of competitive players who are well regarded by the community in all aspects.

You are a prospective member of Odin's Army! Being a part of this guild means a lot of things for you. You bare the name of this guild. You represent not only yourself, but your Shield-Brothers, and all those who have come before you as well.

Respect yourself. Respect your Shield-Brothers. Honor the defeated, but honor those who have defeated you even more.

In Odin's Army you will internalize certain attributes. Tradition, Honor, Brotherhood, Duty, Valor, and being Teachable.

In this guild we have only ONE REAL RULE
when it comes to player conduct.

1: Never do ANYTHING that would embarrass you, your Shield-Brothers, or those who came before you. TRULY REMEMBER THIS ONE RULE always and all the other rules should come natural to you with your newly internalized code of conduct.

2: Do not miss team practices or required guild events

3: Must comply with all guild policies and practices outlined in the post titled: PRACTICE FORMAT.

4: Your Shield-Brothers are your equals.

5: Zero tolerance for DISHONESTY.

6: You are expected to contribute to the GUILD HEAT. Inactivity in excess of 3 days is grounds for being removed from the guild.

7: Do not chat in chat rooms that say NO CHATTING ALLOWED.

8: EXCESSIVE VULGAR LANGUAGE will not be tolerated.

RULE VIOLATION POLICY
• First violation will result in a verbal warning.
• Second violation will result in removal from the guild.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!
If you feel the need to change teams due to scheduling issues, synergy issues, or changes in your personal circumstances, private message The Leader or a Co-Leader. You will have a two week grace period to begin participating in your newly assigned team, but you are encouraged to participate as soon as possible. You may only change teams twice per season.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!
Screen shots of ALL matches at practices are to be turned in by the team captain to THE IN-BOX chat room to record stats and attendance. Be sure to post all screen shots in quick sequence and immediately after practice and announce what team they are from in the following format:

TEAM: team alpha
NO SHOWS: player 3
LATE: player 1

(This is is to help us find everything easier).
Failure to turn in screenshots may result in but is not limited to: a verbal warning, change in leadership, and or removal from the guild.
