Btw, I'm from SEA and I SoloQ 90% of the time. Currently T8 Silver. Despite the trolls, I still managed to rank.
tip: at T7 Silver, be the Captain. They will cooperate better.
At T8 Bronze: Try get the carry role. But make sure you CARRY the game. I've met a lot of idiots who lock carry but can't deal a smidge of damage.
