I am tier 5, and I am tired of not being able to rise in tiers because Teammates quit or don't know what they are doing.

Kakao and Line App are two different apps for talking to people. Usually used for games so that you do not have to give anyone your phone number. Just your username. I would like to use this so we can set up times to play or see if each other are available for a private party and never loose again.
