Many more questions to come, but... items purchased in shop, do they just help your hero passively or do you have to somehow use them? If so how?

Also, is there a site where I can look at shop items and what they are so I don't have to learn them in game?

Items help your hero by providing raw stats such as more health or crystal power

Some items have passive which do something unique

Also some items have actives that do something when you tap the item

Wanted to explain in short easy to understand sen

I have another noob question.
What is the fastest way for a guild to level up? (do one even say level up in this matter? lol)

What I particularly want to know is if the guild benefits from a private draft where 3 guild members play vs another 3 guild members or is it best for 3 members to play together against random players?
