why i cant sign up? i can't even click the sign up button .can i borrow dummy account?

Are you sure you filled up all th forms and checked the boxes? I don't know how many of the consents are necessary but I think it's for that reason. If it still doesn't work after checking all, I suggest you to send a request to the support -> here <-
