Where can I Find the it items from the shop ingame outside a battle?

ITS Seems i cant Find it anywhere,

There are 2 shops:

1. At the base

2. in the lower middle part of the map; underneath gold mine. Tap the shop and it should let you buy items. Or you can press the shop button in the lower right hand corner.
