What's wrong with solo queue?

So, I've noticed that the solo queue seems to be matching me up with people who are not appropriate for a ranked match, (i.e. It will team me up with low ranked players and my opponents will be 6s and 7s up). Is anybody else seeing this? I know a few of my friends that I play with regularly have seen this too.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

It was designed for this. Of you do not have an appropitate **** buddy they will match you with pizza dogs who are garbage.
I never play scaarf but I have him as my avatar to mess with people.
I am a young pizza cat, even though I hate koshka.

Rank: Pretty good. It fluctuates between bronze, silver. and gold, but I usually never go under or over that.
