It used to be - at least I thought it was that when there are minions in front of you or nearest to the turrets that they are targeted before you. Now it seems that its just indiscriminate fire and often you are targeted before the minions.

Is anyone else experiencing this phenomenon or is it the way the turrets are supposed to be targeting ?

That is because you or one of your teamates attacked one of the enemies.

Specially if you're playing Cath, her bubble will likely hit the enemy. Which will make the turret target you.

ahhh i too had this question, had no clue hitting an enemy would trigger the turret. good to know..

The same will happen with Adagio, if you target the minions for a heal and the splash gets the enemy hero.
