What influences the Kraken?
In almost every game I play now she does hardly any damage to turrets.
Is her damage based on weapon power or crystal power? or does it scale as she is left alone?

Good question - I couldn't find any details on his Health and Damage. Nor for the Turrets.
But I know what you mean that is why it is very important to have creeps walking along with him (best if obviously both Creep Mines taken down.

I believe the Kraken's defense goes up the longer it's alive.
I don't know about its attack, though.
