His last skill has 20 + 1.5% crystal bonus per stack, isn't it supposed to be 15%?

In game and on this site they both say 1.5%. If it was 15%, that would be amazingly OP!

Here's why:

Bloodsong Slot: C Swings Glaive's axe in a 5.4-meter circle, dealing massive area damage that increases with the number of Bloodsong stacks used. This removes all stacks. Passive: Glaive generates Bloodsong stacks from basic attacking or from receiving basic attacks (max 20 stacks). Each stack grants Glaive bonus lifesteal.

For this example, let's assume you just picked up a Shatterglass. With Bloodsong maxed you get 475 base damage with 30% CP bonus comes to 509.5 damage. Each stack gives 20 bonus damage, at 20 stacks that's 400 before CP bonus. With Shatterglass you get 34.5 bonus CP damage, all in total it comes to 944 damage. That's pretty impressive. If you do the same math but with 15% bonus CP for the stacks (instead of 1.5%), the total for all the damage is 1254.5! That's nearly all of Petal and Skaarf's base health at lvl 12!

The reason it is 1.5% is because the crystal ratio for Bloodsong is intended to give it an overall 30% crystal boost at 20 stacks. Since each stack receives 1.5%, when Glaive has full stacks (20), the crystal boost is 30%: (1.5% * 1 stack) * 20 = 30%.

If you look at the crystal ratio for the base damage of Bloodsong, it is also 30%! I'm guessing the devs wanted the ability to have a crystal ratio of 30% overall with max stacks.
