I am really not sure if this is the correct spot for suggestions but oh well,

Vox(Ok)-Vox looks fine to me
Ardan(buff)- ardan needs just a little more weapon power, thats it
Adagio(Buff)-Adagio is a little useless late game with his healing abilities, it heals like half a chunk of health which is bad.
Catherine(ok)- Catherine looks fine to me
Celeste(buff)- just a little more defense in early game.
Glaive(ok)-Glaive looks fine to me
Joule(Buff and nerf)- Joule should be buff with more WP But nerf that second skill brother.
Koshka(Nerf)- She is too OP when we have koshka she would carry our team like beast and isn't fair to the team. Her recent buff lately is being too much
Krul(nerf)-Krul was buffed but his lifesteal is too much
Petal(ok)-She seems fine to me.
Ringo(nerf)- He is too op with the second and third skill and third skill.
Saw(ok)- He is ok cause he might do a lot of damage but he js slow so thats a win-win
Skaarf(Buff)- He needs major buffing he does so little damage and has no chance to escape when he meets Ringo and saw , he is now forgotten for his low dps except for the third skill, THIRD SKILL FTW.
Taka(buff)- The april fools prank was actually ok. He shouldnt be caught in scout traps and he shouldnt be caught in the middle of kaku and Needs more move speed (maybe 4 move speed?).


But im not saying this should be implemented its just how i see heroes and its just my opinion and my suggestion so COME AT ME HATERS

Ardan- he's a tank, doesn't need weapon power
Adagio- used to be overpowered recently so I'm not sure if a buff is needed. Try weapon power adagio...
Celeste- she has incredible offense, more defense would make her unstoppable.
Joule- only in need of buff. She has trouble being effective sometimes, aside from her ultimate
Koshka- I agree, but her recent energy buff was much needed. Her recent nerf was also needed
Krul- his life steal is the only thing that makes him a good character?
Ringo- uhhh his skills don't make him OP, his basic attacks do. & even then he isn't OP... His skills just complement his playstyle.
Saw- in need of a buff, weapon power saw is useless at high skill tiers
Skaarf- he is good, most players just fail to use him properly
Taka- he could use a buff, but mainly one that could add late game effectiveness... Not move speed or getting caught lol

Those are the ones I disagree on, rest are fine. Good luck in Vain!!
