I was fighting with a Krul and I was a Krul myself too we were doing a 1v1 in jungle when all of a sudden we both just start attacking way slower than before. I was wondering is that supposed to happen or is that a glitch?

Obviously because his 2nd abilty' passive slows down attacking speed, which increases depending on how many stacks he has gotten from basic attacking the target which is showm above the target........................Is this your first time with KRUL?
