I want to know the French ones, because I am "Trop fort" (could be translated as "Too strong") but I do not know what it represents in the english ranking

I have been currently using Joule as my main. I am still stuck in the working there skill tier. Are there any tips or suggestions so that I can move to Not bad skill tier? Should I change the character that I play with?? Please help...
