i want to know if this tier is the last skill tier. I got this tier with 400 wins. I won consecutively on my last 5 fights i think.

By the way i have some complaints about the lag it really ruins my game. Its not the same as when i played this for the first time its so smooth and no lag. Plss fix it superevil!!!
