Can anyone tell me the effect of having multiple serpent mask vs just 1 serpent plus sorrowblade?

sure !
Passive of item doesnt stack but the active effect, which are +90 WP and 20% lifesteal on the weapon damage does stack.
So you still have one passive which is getting 100 hp back after killing an ennemy if you are a melee heroe, 50 for range.

2 serpent mask = 180 WP + 40 % lifesteal + 1 passive. (72 lifesteal)
1 serpent mask and 1 sorrowblade = 240 WP + 20% lifesteal + 1 passive. (48 lifesteal)
3 serpent mask = 270 WP + 60 % lifesteal + 1 passive (162 lifesteal)

I am trying currently a build on Ringo, boots reflex salvo and 3 serpent mask, then bonesaw for attackspeed and pierce !!

Thank you! I saw the affect in game when have multiple serpent but wasnt sure. This clears it up for me.
