Resolution changes on iPhone

Hi,

is it possible to make screen resolution manually adjustable for folks on iPhones? I dont have an iPad and the 1.15 update makes the screen nearly impossibly tiny to play on. It was small to start off now I can only fat finger everything. Am I the only one to have this issue?
