Ranked matches aren't draft anymore?

I just noticed after today reset and I went to play a ranked that it was just like playing a casual again. Is anyone else still able to play draft mode on ranked?

They just did a hot fix so Draft is only in hotness and above. If I can find the post, I'll link it somewhere.
