Possible solution to AFK problem

Instead of putting two players up against three when one player goes AFK, they should just recruit a player from the waiting queue. I was having a good game that probably should have gone our way but we didn't have a third player at any point. Pretty much no matter what you do in a 2v3 game you will lose. We went 14-10 and still lost in under 20 min.
