Please help me always connecting

I play vg since long ago but today suddenly my vg while I went in a match it's always went out to connecting, anybody may help me fix this? I've tried to uninstall and install it again for over 5 times. My device is mi4 ram 2 and the only game in i'ts only vg so I still hv much space . Your help would be help me a lot thx

Have three solutions:
1)Update your device
2)Change your device
3)Contact vg support
