So I just came out of a game where a Kestrel could kill me (krul) with 1 glimmer shot. so naturally I checked the items the player was using...EVERYTHING was boosting crystal damage. I had A similar experience when I was going up another Krul....with 5 tornado triggers

Would it be a good idea for Superevil megacorp to put a limit on having 1 specific item in the inventory at once to avoid this problem? so cheap players can't flood their inventory to make themselves almost invincible apart from if they get ganked

Well if you'd play Krul correctly the Kestrel wouldn't have any chance against you. Krul just needs a Breaking Point, Boots, Shiversteel and defense.
In my opninion, a feature like this isn't necessary.

those are mainly called troll builds

The limit isn't necessary. I'm guessing the build was all Shatterglass Kestrel?
Like NoxTenebra said, you need defense, Breaking Point, and Shiversteel with Krul. The Kestrel would've been super squishy so you could've easily killed her.

If I were you I would've gotten an Aegis and a Fountain of Renewal.

If you counter building correctly there is no use for the restriction
