Issue with the game

Hello everyone, I'm having problems with doing anything on my game. Whenever I press the play button it takes me to the timer but the counter stays 0:00. I can't log into my account either. I'm on an iPad 4. Please help.

Sounds like a connectivity issue, but you'll probably get better (read: actual) dev support if you go to the main VG forums...

Delete the app and re-download it. Had a similar problem and it went away once I did this.
