What is the third symbol in the voting screen, thumbs up, down, then plus symbol.
What does the plus symbol mean ?

I thought it was a exta props to a player. Today I had a match and in voting
his symbols were not there. He was the kill leader but had no voting symbols.
I happen to recognize that player.

Did his symbols not show up because I have given him that symbol before ? Or becouse
He is on my friends list ? Or just a glitch ? does that plus symbol automatically
ad them to my friends list ? I'm confused.

By the way I'm not showing favoritism that dude is pretty good.

It's to send a friend request to the player. He's likely on your friend list already so the '+' wouldn't show again.
