So i have been really irritated by AFK players -.-", and they caused me to lose multiple games in a row :(. I have been thinking about this solution for awhile now and i really hope that this would be added soon :). When there is a player who is AFK in the game, the normal 2 minute timer would go off. Once the timer runs out, he would be announced as a deserter. There would then be a red word "AFK" after his name. This would tell everyone that he is AFK. As long as the AFK person re-logins before another 2 minutes after he was declared as a deserter, he would be allowed back into the game. (The punishment would be lighter if he completes the game, probably by 10%). However, if he does not re-login within that 2 minutes, he would not be able to log into the game and would immediately have his karma deducted.

Since it has been already 4 minutes since he has gone AFK, there would be a tag beside his name and everyone would know that he is AFK. Now, there would be an option to "Change player". It would be in the "score" menu, beside the "surrender" button. In the "change player" screen, there would only be the AFK person's name (no others so it cannot be abused) and one teammate could click on his name. A message will then pop up on the other team member (just like the surrender screen, with a tick and a cross), asking if he would want to change the player.

If the vote succeeds, a random member who is queueing up for a public match would be picked and given a screen which shows the AFK member's character, level and gold. He would then have the option to choose or decline the offer. If he accepts, he would take over the AFK person :). I hope this would be implemented soon!
