How Does the Glory System Work?

Does anyone know what factors contribute into getting more glory? Or is it just basically win/lose glory and karma bonus?

Winning gives more glory than losing and depending to your karma level your glory bonus increases there is also the First win, Third win and 7 day win in a row glory bonus but yeah thats all about it im not sure thoug :/
