Expected wait 10min...really???

Before usually took me about 1:30min to find a match. A week ago the expected wait is 5min and I wait for 15min. Now the expected wait time is 10min are you kidding me???

Rank: Pretty good. It fluctuates between bronze, silver. and gold, but I usually never go under or over that.
